He also has served in the chemicals, alternative fuels, and power industries. Muldoon has experience in mergers and acquisitions in the industrial sector. He previously led a global services group that performed installation for heat tracing, power distribution, and piping insulation. Muldoon holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
