Workforce & Training Scope

The focus of this element is on the people aspects of advancing and implementing technology within the capital projects industry. A large effort will be required to develop a knowledge-enabled workforce, including technical skills training at both the craft and managerial levels. Technology adoption and training will be necessary throughout the organization as well as the project life cycle to improve the efficiency of facility operations.
