To realize the vision of the Roadmap, focus areas and projects must be implemented that move the industry from where it is to where it needs to be. This requires prioritizing: defining what must be done to deliver high value in the near-term and building the constituency needed to support investments in the long-term.
At Fiatech, teams of motivated technical experts have developed tactical plans for each of the nine element areas of the Roadmap. The plans do not cover everything that must be done. The plans, however, are dynamic. New projects and modifications will be added made with progress in the Roadmap initiative. Tactical plans focus on a migration strategy−delivering value now while moving to realize the vision of a totally integrated capital projects environment.
