FIATECH Announces Interoperability Vision Paper and Requests Nominations for Technical Guidance Committee

At the 2011 FIATECH Technology Conference and Showcase two weeks ago, FIATECH announced the development of an Interoperability Vision Paper to provide an industry vision for advancing interoperability.

The objectives of the Interoperability Vision Paper are as follows:

  • Present a vision for advancing interoperability to benefit projects and standards efforts among the many entities that interact within the industry.
  • Deliver a call to action.

The development of the paper is sponsored by a FIATECH Board Steering Committee. Additionally, a Technical Guidance Committee is being established to contribute to the development and review content of the Interoperability Vision Paper.
