Austin, TX, October 1, 2015 -- Fiatech has announced that Deborah McNeil, Project Productivity Program Manager, The Dow Chemical Company, has been elected to the Fiatech Board of Advisors.
Deborah McNeil is an inspiring capital execution and improvement leader with more than 37 years of experience in the chemical industry project execution arena. Starting out as a process engineer, she spent her early career in capital execution activities and then moved to people leadership, work process improvement, and engineering design automation efforts. She was Dow’s global project work process owner before being named Project Productivity Program Manager. McNeil is a Fiatech roadmap element owner for Element 5 – Operations and Maintenance and a co-owner for Element 3 – Integrated Materials Management.
